Program Options and Fees

Freshman Session Program Options for Parents

There are two program options from which to choose. Both program options include meals in a campus dining commons.

Program With Accommodations - $280 per person - includes one overnight and four meals on campus. The overnight is between the two full days of the session (Monday night or Thursday night). Accommodations will be provided in an on-campus residence hall, double occupancy, with students and parents roomed separately. Students are roomed with another student; student roommate requests cannot be honored. The parents of a student are roomed together; parents attending alone will be placed with another same-sex parent roommate. Sheets, blankets, towels, and pillow are provided.

Program Only - $245 per person - includes the Orientation program and four meals on campus. This option is for those who make their own overnight arrangements due to preference or because space is not available in the Program With Accommodations. Local area accommodations are listed on this website.

Notes for the Program With Accommodations:

The parents of a student are roomed together; parents attending alone will be placed with another same-sex parent roommate. Please call us if your parents prefer not to be roomed with each other; we will pair them with another same-sex parent roommate.

Orientation is intended for entering freshmen and their parents or guardians only. We are unable to provide activities or accommodations for younger family members. Residence hall space for our program is limited.

The overnight is between the two full days of the session (Monday night or Thursday night). Orientation does not provide accommodations on Sunday or Wednesday nights. Local area accommodations are listed on this website.
