How to Join

  • You will need an internet connection. Some of the presentations will be live and require consistent connection to the internet to participate.
  • Parents and family members will connect separately from students to their online program through Zoom at https://zoom.us/join or the Zoom app on phone and tablet devices. See the schedule below for specific Zoom links and Meeting IDs to join each event.
  • See Joining a Meeting on the Zoom website for detailed instructions on how to join a Zoom meeting from any computer, browser, operating system, or device app.

All program times are Pacific Time (PT).

The schedule includes all the Zoom links and Meeting IDs needed to attend the workshops and presentations. Click on the title of any event to launch the Zoom meeting. If you are joining from another computer or device app, enter the Meeting ID. 

If a password is shown next to an event, it is required in order to join.
