Kevin

Kevin (He/Him/His) is a second year Environmental Studies and Geography double major aiming to enter the field of paleontology. Born in El Salvador, he and his family immigrated to the U.S. when he was two years old and is the first in his family to attend a four year university. During his first year, he got involved with the REEF, UCSB’s on campus aquarium, as an information science educator and assistant aquarist along with plenty of martials arts that include boxing and kendo. He is extremely passionate about working with the environment in the future, hopefully earning a PhD relating to paleontology, and is incredibly excited to help students make the most out of their first year at UCSB.
