She/Her/Hers
Sophia (she/her/hers) is a third-year Communication and Japanese double major. She is
originally from Palos Verdes Estates, California and chose UCSB for its world-renowned
Communication department as well as its beautiful surroundings. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, hanging out with her friends and watching movies and tv shows! Sophia can be often found at the Library studying for her classes, or near the Arbor to grab a matcha. She is super excited to return to Orientation Staff for a second year and cannot wait to meet all of the incoming students and help them start their journey as a Gaucho!
