Xander

Xander (he/him) is a first-year undergraduate student studying chemical engineering. Born in Michigan, moved to Iowa at three, and moved to Pleasant Hill, California at nine (in the bay area). While at UCSB, Xander has involved himself on campus through the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE!) and Scitrek. Outside of school, he enjoys hiking, backpacking, and hanging out with friends. Between working as a lifeguard and swim/water polo he has spent a lot of time around the pool. He is excited to welcome the incoming students this summer!
