San Joaquin Villages Apartments
- You must make your reservation and payment for San Joaquin separately from the Orientation reservation.

- The San Joaquin Villages are located approximately 1 mile from the west entrance to campus.
Parking and Check-In
Freshman Orientation
Check-in for Orientation is from 7:30-9:15am on Day 1 (Monday or Thursday) for freshman students and their parents who are attending Orientation.
Parking for Freshman Orientation is in Parking Structure 22. Parents of freshmen who are staying in San Joaquin for Monday or Thursday night only (Day 1 of Orientation) can leave luggage in their car until after 4:00pm when San Joaquin room keys will be available.

Transfer Orientation
Check-in for Orientation is from 8:00-9:15am on the day of the session for transfer students and their guests who are attending Orientation.
Parking for Transfer Orientation is in the Mesa Parking Structure.

San Joaquin Parking and Room Keys
The Santa Catalina South Front Desk is the check-in location for San Joaquin.
- Please be sure to return your room key to the same location when you check out.
- Room keys will be available after 4:00pm on the first day of your stay at San Joaquin.
- Parents of freshmen who are staying in San Joaquin for Monday or Thursday night only (Day 1 of Orientation) can leave luggage in their car until after 4:00pm when San Joaquin room keys will be available.
- Location maps for Parking Lot 60, information about obtaining a Lot 60 permit, Santa Catalina key pickup, and San Joaquin Villages Apartments are available from the PDF attachment in your confirmation email from UCSB Conference & Hospitality Services.
