Reserve Your Space in an Orientation Session

Sign up for a Session

Students can sign up for an Orientation session using the reservation system which is available on the Reserve Your Space page on these sections of this website.

 Freshman  Transfer

Submit the reservation promptly! Space in each Orientation session is limited and session dates will close when they are full. 

Parents and family members must be registered on the student's reservation form if they plan to attend.

Please note

No payment is due when you make a reservation for Orientation.

Program fees for all participants will be billed in the fall on the student's UCSB BARC Billing Statement. Students are required to pay in full the amount of the fees for all participants, including parents and guests, who have registered for UCSB Orientation on their reservation.

Fee payment deadlines will be noted on the statement. Fees are assessed per person.

If the student (and parents) attend a UCSB Orientation session and the student does not attend UCSB, they will still be billed and responsible for payment of all orientation fees for services provided.
